She got the opportunity to do a 6-month research stay at Utah State University in the Ultrafast Spectroscopy group under the supervision of Dr. Joshua L. Knobloch in Utah, United States. The project was funded by SNSF mobility grant under the PRIMA: Correlative Metrology project. The research stay was focused on deep ultraviolet thermal transient grating to study ultrawide band gap materials and perovskites.
